A brief description of the manga Seidon no Ryuu:
A country that believes in the Dragon, Dragonemund. In a small village of this country, Manato was living peacefully with his family. One day, a Bishop of the Church accompanied by the Dragon Soldiers came to the village for a procession. On that day, Manato’s life was turned upside down, and everything precious to him was swallowed away. On that day, Manato decided to rise up and fight!
